1. Overall Aim and Focus
THE AIM
of Philosophical Plays is to present — in an interesting and readable way —
the controversial satisfactionist philosophy of Christianus. This is chiefly done
through the publication of ‘The Chronicles of Christianus’, a series of philosophical plays (with
accompanying notes) that are staged in London in the early spring of 2007
A.D.
THE EDITOR HOPES
that these philosophy plays not only will attract broadminded scholars and university students in
many different disciplines (philosophy, religion, psychology, sociology, comparative literature,
performing arts, classics, etc.), but also will be of interest to those non-academics who are
searching for ‘a good read’ and ‘believable characters’, as well as for new perspectives
on happiness and satisfaction, life and love, birth and death.
TWO EDITIONS
of Philosophical Plays
are available:
the
Print Edition
(ISSN 1654-6296)
and the
Online Edition
(ISSN 1654-6318).
